Manny Ramirez has filed for reinstatement from Major League Baseball’s retired list and hired new agents, sources said Sunday.  Ramirez faces a 50-game suspension when he returns, rather than 100 games, sources said. Ramirez said that upon reentry, he would serve his 100-game suspension for a second violation of MLB’s drug policy.
