The Michigan Wolverines home opener on September 3rd against Hawaii just got a bit more interesting. The game itself will likely not be too competitive, as Michigan is expected to run through their schedule this year until their meeting with Ohio State in November but it was announced yesterday that Michael Jordan will be captaining the Wolverines that day and that alone is worth watching.
NCAA: (Video) The Dance Is Over..Louisville Wins The 2013 Mens College Basketball Championship
Congratulations to the Louisville Cardinals mens basketball team on winning the 2013 NCAA Championship. They won 82-76 over Michigan, in what was one of the best championship games in years. It was back and forth all night until Lousiville finally pulled away in the final few minutes. The season ends in heart warming fashion for the Cardinals with being able to win a championship for teammate Kevin Ware, who broke his leg last weekend against Duke in a horrifying injury. It was well publicized all week they wanted to win it for Kevin. Michigan proved to be a champion team as well, just so happened to fall short tonight.
