It was the fourth consecutive victory for Stewart in the opener for NASCAR’s second-tier series, and he’s won this event in six of the past seven seasons.
Lawmaker receives death threat over NASCAR plan

McCollum put forward an amendment to stop the Defense Department from sponsoring NASCAR teams, which was intended as a means of boosting recruitment.
Ford Mustang NASCAR Nationwide Race Car
