After the Indiana Pacers lost to the Miami Heat and were eliminated from the playoffs, questions began to arise about what would happen to the team, mainly Lance Stephenson.  Stephenson proved to be a very vital asset for the Pacers at times being the strongest and hardest working player on the court but he also was making headlines for his trash talk and on the court antics with LeBron James.  Pacers star, Paul George was asked if he wanted the team to re-sign Stephenson, he paused, said “I don’t know” then went into a more detailed and politically correct answer.  Of course the media ran with the “I don’t know” part and ignored the rest.  Now George is speaking out and saying it was taken out of context.

The Indiana Pacers were officially eliminated from the playoffs last night when they lost game six to the Miami Heat 117-92.  Now they have a few questions going forward as to what they’ll do with the team roster.  One of the biggest questions is if they’ll re-sign Lance Stephenson who will become an unrestricted free agent.  Stephenson has proven himself to be a vital part of the team but his antics have put a question mark on whether he will remain.
