We lost the legendary Prince this past Spring, and there are still tons of questions surrounding his death. As more info comes out, reports now state that the pills found at the singer’s house were even more dangerous than the average drug. The pills were reportedly counterfeit drugs that contained fentanyl, which is a synthetic opioid 50 times more powerful than heroin. An anonymous official who spoke to the AP says many pills were falsely labeled as “Watson 385,” but according to Drug.com, that stamp is used to identify pills containing a mix of acetaminophen and hydrocodone.

Reports Say A 911 Call About Prince’s Cocaine Usage Was Made In 2011

Some interesting records from the Carver County Sheriff’s Dept. have just been released. According to TMZ, the records show that on June 20, 2011, someone placed a call asking for help from them, because they were “concerned about Prince’s cocaine habits.” The unknown female caller said that Prince had told her the year before in Germany that he “cannot control his habit,” but that was all she had. The Sheriff’s personnel late deemed the case stale and closed it.

(Video) Prince’s Family Shows Up For First Probate Hearing

Today, the first probate hearing was held for Prince’s estate. Most of his siblings showed up, and they signed off on Bremer Trust bank being named special administrator of the estate. Prince’s half brother, John R. Nelson, was not in court, and his attorney said he did not sign the consent form…however, the judge approved the petition to put the bank in charge. John was the only living sibling not present. Tyka – Prince’s only full sibling – reportedly feels she’s entitled to more than 1/6 of the estate, though under Minnesota law, all 6 siblings share equally. It looks like this can get messy.

Judge Confirms Prince Had No Will

A judge has officially confirmed what Prince’s sister Tyka thought – he did not have a will. The bank he used for many years (which is the one Tyka named in her filed documents to start probate proceedings,) has been appointed to manage his assets, as well as become the administrator of Prince’s estate for the next 6 months. After the 6 month process, a personal representative can be appointed. It has a possibility of getting messy, as all 6 of Prince’s siblings (1 full, 5 half) are entitled to their equal share of his $150 million fortune. One would assume it would go to Tyka, who is Prince’s only full sibling, but you can’t be sure. As it was today, Prince’s half brother, Omarr Baker, appeared at the hearing.

Prince’s Sister Officially Files Documents Because There Was No Will

There has been speculation regarding whether Prince left a will or not, and his sister has just confirmed that he has not. Tyga has officially filed legal documents to open a probate case, asking the judge to appoint a “special administrator” for his estate, since there is no executor named in a will. Under Minnesota law, assets of someone without a will are to be divided equally amongst their next of kin, and full and half siblings are treated the same. This would mean that there are 6 people set to inherit Prince’s fortune – Tyka, his only full sibling, and his 5 half-siblings John, Norrine, Sharon, Alfred and Omarr. And could it be possible that Prince was a father?
