NBA: Not Because He Looked “Worn Down” … Is This The Reason Roy Hibbert Was Benched?! Wow.

What in the world is going on with the Pacers?!  More drama for the team after last night’s loss to the Hawks.  Roy Hibbert only played 9 minutes last night and was benched for the second half of the game.   Pacers coach Frank Vogel sat Roy Hibbert for the entire second half, saying his All-Star center looked “worn down.” Well now according to new reports there’s another reason why he was benched.  He was reportedly more focused on something than what was happening in the game at the half and was late to the bench.  I really hope this isn’t true.  SMH.  Check it out…

NBA: Jon Jones Tweets LeBron Compliment About Pacers Game & Roy Hibbert Has Something To Say About It!!

It was a great … and physical game last night between the Pacers & Heat (Pacers ended up with the W). There are so many highlights, but this story has to do with LeBron James getting a flagrant foul for elbowing Roy Hibbert (you can watch the video after the jump). Well UFC champ Jon Jones tweeted LeBron after the game saying, “Impressive.” Roy Hibbert saw the tweet and you know he had something to say about it. Check it out…

(Photo) NBA: Why Did ESPN Hurt Roy Hibbert’s Feelings?

Yesterday for the NBA Christmas games, Pacers center Roy Hibbert and Blazers C.J. McCollum took over the twitter handle @ESPNNBA and ESPN did a story about it on their website. A funny thing happened in that story however. Even though they wanted Hibbert to take over their twitter for the day, it appears they don’t realize who Hibbert is!! The picture they used for the cover story had McCollum correct, but had a picture of Pacers back up center Ian Mahimni, who is not well known at all, especially compared to Hibbert. Not sure how they could make an error like that when the story was about their own media! Roy was not too happy about it either after he noticed and he tweeted a pic of it with the hashtag #hurt. Hit the jump to see.

(Video) NBA: Roy Hibbert Videobombs ESPN NBA Crew & Hilariously Goes at Stephen A. Smith’s Hairline

After the big Heat/Pacers game, Roy Hibbert videobombed the NBA Countdown crew & later has some things to say about Stephen A. Smith’s hairline.  Check it out…

(Video) NBA: Justin Timberlake & Entire Arena Sing Happy Birthday To Roy Hibbert!

Roy Hibbert is one lucky man!  I’d just love for Justin Timberlake to sing Happy Birthday to me!  JT was in town to perform (we saw him courtside at the Pacers/Heat game the other night & playing horse with Paul George) & took some time out of his performance to sing happy birthday to Hibbert.  The entire arena joined in.  So dope!  Check it out…

NBA: Happy Birthday To Roy Hibbert (@Hoya2aPacer)!

What a great way to celebrate his birthday — with a win over the Heat last night. Happy 27th birthday to Roy Hibbert! Wishing you many more!
