In case you weren’t aware, holding up a copy of the U.S. Constitution in a cop’s face won’t keep you from getting arrested. A member of 2 Chainz crew learned that the hard way on Thursday, when he tried it but was still taken into custody after their 10-hour standoff with police. The guys in the crew felt the cops had no reason to search their bus, but cops say they saw and smelled weed smoke, so that was enough “probable cause.” I’m with Chainz’ crew on this one!

It was reported that a tour bus with the America’s Most Wanted tour was stopped for a broken tail-light, but when police asked to come aboard the vehicle, the driver locked the doors and declined. I was sure that 2 Chainz wasn’t aboard, only because I thought it would have been exposed…here we are…2 Chainz was actually arrested, along with ELEVEN others and charged with obstruction for NOT opening the bus’ door. Weed Found On Justin Bieber’s Tour Bus In Police Search
They really need to stop worrying about weed and entertainers. They go together like peanut butter and jelly, and it’s not harming anyone! Justin Bieber’s tour bus “smelled of marijuana” according to police in Stockholm, so they took it upon themselves to search it, though no one was on it. All they found was a tiny bit of weed and a taser (which requires a permit), but no one will be charged because there’s no way to determine who it belongs to.
