As you’ve heard by now, Trinidad James performed last night as part of Converse’s Rubber Tracks event, and ended up giving the New York crowd a mouthful about how the South is running things, and they’re basically…not. Reports have been circulating for a bit that Trinidad James was signing to Def Jam, fueled by the rapper being spotted around their offices quite frequently, as well as the entire staff (well, the big-wigs) being present at his recent NYC show.
