Kim Kardashian is really starting to show! The reality star and boyfriend Kanye West are out vacationing in Brazil right now (reportedly to talk to an architect about their Bel Air home), and a tight white dress that Kim wore as they went sight-seeing in Rio de Janeiro along with their friends Will Smith (random! LOL) and Daune Martin really showed off the growing bump. Kim got pregnant in October, so this puts her right around the 4-month mark. First tri-mester done!
