Jenn has decided to move to NYC…her new apartment is located in the West Villiage and is worth $5.9 milli!!! But the apartment only has one bedroom and one bathroom!!!! The apartment also happens to be a 1,200 square foot penthouse on the eighteenth floor of a prewar building with a doorman. Its best feature is probably the 800-square foot terrace with north, south, east and west views of the New York Harbor to the Empire State Building.
