Cool week in music sales this week!! Super excited to see awesome acts like Tyler the Creator and Lonely Island (they’re TOO funny!) have great first week sales. For starters, big ups to UK songstress Adele. She comes in with her EIGHTH week at number one moving another 156k units, making that the longest reign of any album since early 2009 (Taylor Swift’s “Fearless”). Congrats!! She’s an AMAZING artist so she definitely deserves it.

Coming in at number 2 is the “Now 38” compilation, pushing 68,000 units with funny guys Lonely Island coming in a CLOSE third with the debut of their sophomore album, Turtleneck & Chain moving just under the 68k mark. Rounding out the top 5 are 2 more debuts. Christina Perri’s “Lovestrong,” comes in with 58,000 units sold and Tyler, the Creator’s “Goblin” did 45,000…with little to no airplay!! Very dope.

Hit the jump to see where the Beastie Boys, J. Lo and more landed in this week’s Top 10.
