Oh NO. Bey, say it isn’t so?! A new video has surfaced, put together by a fan, that shows Bey’s performance at the 2011 Billboard Awards the other night compared against a 2010 performance from Italian star Lorella Cuccarini. In her defense though, we know Bey isn’t the one coming up with these things…it’s her choreographers and graphic designers. So to them I say..shame on you!! This is a BLATANT rip-off.
