In a move that will separate “The South Florida All-Star Classic” from the other barnstorming games that have taken place during the NBA lockout, the contest will be televised and streamed online this Saturday.  Check the details after the jump…

The game is being hosted by the Miami Heat’s Big Three of LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh and features several other superstar players. It will be played at 7:30 p.m. ET Saturday at Florida International University, where Hall of Famer Isiah Thomas coaches the men’s basketball team.

The game, which sold out in two hours, will be broadcast on CBS sister station My TV 33 in Miami. It will follow the LSU vs. Florida college football game.

In addition to the television broadcast, the game will be streamed live on cbsmiami.com. Thomas, who’s foundation Mary’s Court will receive the event’s proceeds, was instrumental in getting the TV deal accomplished, according to sources.

The televising of the game, which will be played before 4,500 fans, is another step in the evolution of the charity, celebrity or barnstorming games the players have been competing in over the past few months.

A few weeks ago, 235,000 viewers streamed “The Battle for I-95” at the sold-out Palestra in Philadelphia on SI.com, and last weekend, 1.1 million viewers streamed Chris Paul’s charity game at Winston-Salem State University.
