This past summer, a groupie tried to make a come-up when she was hanging backstage, and alleged that Big Sean and a friend touched her inappropriately and tried to force her into sex. The pair were arrested and charged with third-degree sex abuse, forcible touching and second-degree unlawful imprisonment, but then quickly released on $500 bail. You could tell even the police thought it was a bunch of bull because the bail was that low. Today Sean struck a deal in the case. Details below.

Sean was able to have the major charges dropped and he plead down to a lesser charge of unlawful imprisonment for a $750 fine.

His lawyer said in a statement to XXL:
“I am pleased to announce that after further investigation the Niagra County District Attorney’s Office decided not to pursue any of the sexual misconduct allegations against Mr. Anderson. As a result in order to get this entire ordeal behind him Mr. Anderson agreed to plead guilty to a misdemeanor charge of unlawful imprisonment with a $750 fine. Mr. Anderson regrets any misunderstandings that occurred that day and reiterates he did not engage in any type of sexual misconduct. “
