Leave it to The Dictator to bring the jokes to the Red Carpet. Sasha Baron Cohen arrived in character holding an urn with the “ashes” of Kim Jong-il. Cohen marched to Ryan Seacrest side for an E interview. Upon Seacrest looking in the urn, Sasha poured the contents all over him!
