2012 MTV VMA’s host Kevin Hart had one of the best opening monologues on the awards in a long, long time! He walked out as the “President” with a bunch of little people (is that the PC phrase?) as security, then proceeded to address Drake and Chris Brown’s club brawl, Frank Ocean coming out, Kristen Stewart’s cheating scandal, Snooki’s baby and more.
