I am beginning to notice something. After a short time of doing these stories related to anything vehicle wise, I firmly believe Russia has the worst drivers. A majority of any crash videos I see , or reckless driving always seems to come from Russia. This next video is no different. Check the video below to see a driver bugging out and running a red light and completely destroying the car it hits. The video is a few months old but was just uploaded.
