Despite the horrific bruising and swelling, Lebedev (25-2) lasted until the 11th round before Jones (39-3-2) dropped him to the canvas near the ropes. By the time Jones secured the 11th-round KO, Lebedev’s eye and the fact that the fight had not been stopped earlier dominated discussion of the bout on social media.
