Kerik is one of the 3,012 of the bureau’s 218,000 inmates who had the opportunity for house arrest. Stipulations include, activities that assists him in re-connecting back with society, e.g., getting a driver’s license, attending religious services, seeing a doctor or dentist, and “connecting with family.” Of course he has to get a job and KEEP that job, but who will hire him? He a seriously disliked individual.
