Police authorities entered a home late Friday Night after responding to a neighbor dispute. Authorities searched the house for a child that was thought to live in the residence but instead found a woman tied to a bed! Hit the jump for the full story!

Philadelphia authorities entered a house after responding to a neighbor dispute claim, where they arrested 46 year old, Regina Bennet on accusations including threats and assault against a neighbor. Yet when police officials began to leave the scene, neighbors insisted on a search of the home for a child that was believed to be there. Police found no chid but they did find some one else!

After conducting a full “walk-through” of the residence police found a 36 year old special-needs woman restrained to a bed. The constrained woman who had a small vocabulary, appeared to be drastically thin, and had sores and injuries on her body.

“We went in there looking for a child, and then this is what we found,” stated Officer Tanya Little.

The woman was released by officials after and taken to Einsten Hospital, where she is being evaluated. It is not apparent how long the woman had been held captive or if she had been sexually abused, which has resulted into a further investigation.

“According to Little, Bennett is being held at Philadelphia Police Headquarters. She is charged with terroristic threats, simple assault, public drunkenness, aggravated assault, unlawful restraint, false imprisonment and related offenses”.
