Lady Gaga is constantly wowing us by making some pretty crazy fashion statements. The “Artpop” singer stepped out from her Chelsea studio in NYC wearing nothing but her bra, panties and a black fishnet cover-up (which covered absolutely nothing). 25 degree weather does not seem to faze Gaga one bit.
