Nas has his fans beyond excited for the release of his documentary Time Is Illmatic about his classic Hip-Hop album, Illmatic. We’ve seen the trailer, but now we’re ready for the full thing! The mini-movie, which made it’s debut at the Tribeca Film Festival back in April, is set to hit over 40 theaters countrywide. Unfortunately, the project will only be airing for one day on October 2nd. However, there will be two special viewings on October 1st at one location in New York and one in Los Angeles The documentary features rare interviews from members of Nas’ family, people who helped construct Illmatic, plus much more.
