The Oklahoma City Thunder took on the Phoenix Suns in a huge game in the battle for the No. 8 seed in the Western Conference.  The Thunder beat the Suns 109-97 with the help of Russell Westbrook who scored a game-high 33 points including this vicious dunk on his own teammate Enes Kanter.

Westbrook had a slow 2-9 start but scored 15 points straight at the end of the first half to erase a 20-point deficit.

On one of those plays the Thunder ran a 3-on-1 fastbreak.  D.J. Augustin threw up an alley-oop and both Russell Westbrook and Enes Kanter jumped to finish it.  Westbrook came out victorious, not only out-jumping but incidentally posterizing his 6’11” teammate.

As Thunder beat writer Royce Young entered the locker room, he heard Westbrook telling Kanter, “If you want that, you got to get up higher than that!”

Welp! I’m sure it was in good fun though.  Gotta include it’s a joke or you’ll see five reports saying there’s a rift in the locker room from “anonymous sources”.
