Furious fans take their anger out on the stage at Soulfest in Arizona because R.Kelly refuses to perform.

The event Soulfest had a lot on it’s plate Saturday when the headliner R.Kelly refused to perform. Soulfest is an musical event in Arizona that showcases various of talent. This year the famous love making R&B artist to appear was the legendary R.Kelly.

But it looks like R.Kelly did not get paid the amount he was promised in a timely manner. So he decided to not perform. Sending fans out of control. People paid to see a show and they where going to get one with or with out R.Kelly. So they began throwing trash on the stage and tossing equipment around to make it known that they where upset and it was not professional or fair that they had to suffer.

R.Kelly understood his fans pain, so he posted a message to his Arizona fans on Facebook. Saying the show’s promoters, The Northwest Black History Committee did not pay him.

R.kelly stated:

“Yo, what’s up? It’s your boy Kellz,” the message began. “And I just want to let y’all know, I’m right here in Arizona right now. Big ups to all my Arizona fans out here waiting on Kellz. But I gotta let y’all know, unfortunately, I’m not gonna be able to perform even though I’m right here in my trailer and I’m ready to go on stage. But I just got bad news that my management never told me, that they did not give me my money. I haven’t gotten no money for doing this show.
“They told me they had the money, so when I got here, the money wasn’t here. So it’s nothing personal against my fans. This is business, y’all. And I hope y’all understand. You know, when they get they money up and they ready to do business and do business correct, R. Kelly will be back here in Arizona to give y’all the best show you ever seen in your life. I love y’all and once again I’m sorry.”

Of course that did not ease the anger from the eagerly waiting fans at the Soulfest event. They all felt cheated out of their money and wanted answers or a refund. Currently they only got answers, the Northwest Black History Committee has not responded to giving out refunds. They also have not answered any calls or emails as of right now.
