Iggy Azalea has pushed back and made one too many changes to her upcoming tour that it is now pronounced cancelled?
Yes, earlier this year Iggy Azalea pushed back her summer “The Great Escape” tour. Then the updated number of performances that were scheduled were then pushed back to the fall. The tour was scheduled to start in September after all the push backs in San Diego CA. Now new issues have raised with production and staging issues. Iggy has referred to herself as a “psychopath” so maybe she wanted everything in perfect shape. Nothing could go wrong on an Iggy tour. So she has canceled the entire tour sending ticket holders an email which read:
“The Iggy Azalea Great Escape Tour scheduled for this fall has been cancelled and refunds are available at point of purchase. There will be a new tour planned around Iggy‘s new record to be released in 2016 and we apologize for any inconvenience.”
There has not yet been confirmed information to why the tour was cancelled. The tour was suppose to support Iggy’s 2014 album “The New Classic” . Currently Iggy is working on her second album so there is no telling if or when she will have the tour for her 2014 album.
