Singer/song-writer extraordinaire Pharrell Williams just closed the deal on a new $7 million dollar pad in Los Angeles with a magnificent view of the city. His new pad is 4,000 square feet with a total of six bedrooms, glass walls, a huge infinity pool and a guest house that is probably larger than all of our homes put together.
The home was originally $9 million, but luckily for Pharrell, he only had to come out of pocket $7.14 for everything. In the past, this particular house set a record for being one of the most priciest mansions in the Laurel Canyon section of California when it sold for $5.6 million back in 2009.
