It’s the happiest place on Earth, and they all look happy … even Dumbo. After being incognito since his accident, Tracy Morgan steps out to celebrate his daughter’s second birthday. The comedian was spotted spending time with the family at Disneyland.

Back in June, Morgan spoke with the TODAY Show about the accident and the lose of his friend.
