Looks like even mascots have beef, too!
Captain Morgan us suing a company called Captain Armstrong, claiming they stole Capt. Morgan’s entire swag. Captain Armstrong is a company sells e-cigs along with a bunch of different psychedelic drugs and a bunch of other questionable products such as salvia by using a variety of different Captain names.
Since Captain Morgan feels like they have completely jacked their style and ran with it, the lawsuit states that they want Captain Armstrong to stop using their name, recall all of the items and destroy them and to hand over any profits they’ve made.
