There has been a lot of this (photograph problems) going around lately, but there’s also been a lot of The Game in hot water going around also. Fusing the two together, rapper and model Ariza Obey is accusing Game of stealing a photograph – that he was in – and using it for the cover artwork of his single, “Ryda,” featuring Dej Loaf.

Obey posted the picture seven months ago with the following caption:

The photo shows a topless woman and man – Obey – facing chest-to-chest with guns pointed out, insinuating ‘I got your back, you got mine’.

Obey claims that Game had access to the photo because “Love & Hip Hop” star Masika Kalysha reposted it. Because Masika is friends with Ray J, who shares the same manager as Game, this is good in the artist’s favor.

The Game, who was spotted doing the touch, smell and taste test in an open park, has had many legal problems lately. He’s been accussed of assaulting one of the girls from his new reality show, She’s Got Game with the accuser looking for $10Mil. He could be facing jail time for the assault of an off-duty cop and early July, a judge ordered that he pay $200,000 for the slandering of a former nanny.

Tsk Tsk. When life handed The Game lemons, he beat everyones a** with them.
