Kasia Rivera had pled guilty to administering a fatal dose of silicone into a man’s penis for an enlargement procedure. The 38 year-old woman from New Jersey was acting as an unlicensed cosmetic surgeon.

According to police, Rivera administered the silicone injection directly into 22-year-old Justin Street’s bloodstream. The results were deadly as the silicone immediately shut down his organs. He died the next day and a medical examiner ruled his death a ‘homicide by silicone embolism.’ Rivera has admitted to never being trained or licensed to administer silicone injections.
She accepted a plea deal offered by prosecutors who agreed to throw out additional charges for butt and breast injections she performed while awaiting trial.Prosecutors are currently seeking a 5-year sentence for the woman. She’s also facing deportation, which will be determined in October.
