Five Ole Miss Frat Brothers were arrested for beating up a student. The victim, Jeremy Boyle went out side of his home investigate a noise that he heard but did not expect to get attacked and nearly beaten to death by five men.

Boyle was brutally beaten and sustained major damage. He was left with a concussion, ruptured eardrum, broken teeth, lung contusion, and bruised ribs. He was taken to the hospital where he has been able to recover. However the five students who are accused of beating up Boyle just so happen to be members of Phi Kappa Alpha Fraternity at Ole Miss. The Pi Kappa Alpha brothers, Tucker Steil, James Basile, Christian Guy, Kyle Hughes, and Austin Rice, were all arrested on charges of assault, hazing, and larceny. These five idiots look pretty happy to have been arrested. Perhaps spending a few nights in the big house will turn those smiles into frowns. We will see how much they are smiling then.
