When your past catches up to you … [if] you are in fact guilty. Two Wu-Tang Clan members’ possible connection in a 16-year-old investigation may, or may not, cast reasonable doubt on two brothers’ murder trial.

The Wu-Tang Clan were the center of two 1999 FBI murder investigations as possible conspirators of a revenge murder. Specifically, RZA and Raekwon.

According to court documents obtained by SI Live, Staten Island brothers Anthony and Harvey Christian were found guilty of their parts in a longtime drug business; and Anthony on the June 19, 1999 murder of 17-year old Jerome (Boo Boo) Estella. Michael Gold, Anthony’s lawyer, says that his client can not be guilty because the FBI finger points Wu members are the ones who instructed the murder.

“These reports seem to suggest someone else was liable for those murders,” Gold said recently. “I’m not suggesting that Wu-Tang committed these crimes. The FBI did. What I’m trying to ascertain is their stated belief in an official file that Wu-Tang ordered this homicide.”

Wu-Tang connections:

SI Live reports, Brian Humphreys, the “trigger-man in Estella’s killing” and now informant, says that he was approached by an Uncles; also an informant; who mentioned that Boo Boo was home from prison and not only did he get into it with the Christian brothers, but he had also robbed RZA’s little brother.

In a separate murder that took place three days after Boo Boo’s death was Corey (Shank Bank) Brooker; another hit ordered by RZA for the robbery of his brother and Raekwon’s cousin.

“Ford [Uncles] stated that he had previously heard that Shank Bank was killed by Phife (ph). Ford believes that Phife collected money from RZA for executing the hit.

Although Uncles is said to be Brooker’s shooter, his murderer is still a mystery in the court of the law.
