Last year, a motorcylist was killed after being chased down by police for wearing headphones while riding. The LAPD told everyone that the man, 23-year-old Noel Aguilar was a well known gang member and that he pulled out a gun and shot a deputy. New video has made it to the surface showing that that is actually not what happened.

The video is showing two deputies trying to arrest Aguilar. The one deputy Jose Ruiz pulls his gun out, shoots his partner and then puts the gun back inside his holster leaving Aguilar to blame for the murder.

Jose Ruiz asked Aguilar, “Where’s the gun.” Aguilar replied that he did not have one. Mean while, the injured deputy is pleading for help upon being shot. Ruiz then shoots Aguilar. He temps his partner to shoot him three more times in the back for retaliation not knowing that his own partner shot him. Witnesses pleaded for Aguilar saying he did nothing wrong. Ruiz continues to aggressively force his body down on Aguilar until other deputies arrive.
Angel Carrazco, who is attorney for Aguilar’s family, gave the video to The OC Weekly. He said he saw the video three weeks ago even though the event happened May 14 last year.

“We got the video through an independent witness that was there. This is evidence that we’ve had in the last twenty days. He’s facing down after being shot four times and they’re on top of him. There needs to be a medical conclusion to find out whether they were trying to get him to asphyxiate or bleed to death. By the video, it seems like they were trying to do both.”
