A couple years ago during Manti Te’o’s last season at Notre Dame, the sports world blew up when it was discovered that the NFL Draft and Heisman prospect had a fake girlfriend. What made the story particularly intriguing was Te’o captured the sympathy of the nation when revealing that his girlfriend had Leukemia and then that she passed away. Seriously Sports Illustrated, ESPN and others did major features on him and his “girlfriend” Lennay Kekua; so as you can imagine or remember, it was pretty big news what it was discovered that she didn’t really exist. Te’o claims he was the victim of a hoax and that someone tricked him online (where he met Lennay). In any event, Te’o was drafted to the San Diego Chargers and all was eventually forgotten. Well until it was revealed he has a real girlfriend this time. Unfortunately any girl in his life will bring up thoughts of the girl that didn’t exist.
Anyways Manti Te’o’s girlfriend is Jovi Nicole. I don’t know anything about her but she definitely is nice to look at it.
Sorry Manti Te’o you’ll never live down having a fake girlfriend but getting one that looks this good is a great start.
