Future has scored his third Number 1 album, according to Billboard, in EVOL.The album rose to number 1 with 134,000 copies sold, 100,000 of those coming from pure sales of the album. All of Future’s sales and stream numbers for EVOL came from either iTunes or Apple Music because the project was only available on those platforms due to his new deal with Apple Music.

But now for a moment of history…no solo artist has had three No. 1 albums than him since Herb Alpert in 1965 and 1966…that is crazy to me.

Previously, Future’s albums DS2 and What a Time to be Alive with Drake, both debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart as well and both have hit gold status upon release – signifying at least 500,000 copies sold.

Future also stated in 2016 he plans on releasing 4 projects at least. It doesn’t look like he has any plans on slowing down.
