IFWT_Steph Curry PSA

We already know Stephen Curry is the best sharpshooter in the game.  At this point, the only three-point records he’s breaking are the ones he previously set last year.  He’s close to the 400 three-pointers mark and he promises to go all out if he gets even closer.

Curry needs 18 more three-pointers in the Warriors final four games to reach 400.  It’s very impressive since he’s the only player to reach the 300 mark.  Curry says he’s going to let it come naturally but if he gets to 399, expect him to start throwing those shots up.

“I promise you if I get to 399 and I know it, I will chuck,” Curry said. “That’s the only thing I can guarantee.”

Curry said even though he’s so close to 400, he won’t purposely chase it. He would hope it just happens naturally.

“When I set the record two years ago, I was way behind pace the last five games,” he said. “I knew it at that point, but I think I had two games where I hit 10 and 9 or something like that. It just happens. I’m not in the game pressing to have a game like that. You want to shoot well, be aggressive and be ready for that night good things happen. That’s the only way I can approach that number.
