The numbers are in for the most popular jersey sales.  Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry not only won back-to-back league MVP awards, but he also can lay claim to the best-selling NBA jersey for the second straight season.

Stephen Curry‘s jersey sold more than any other player’s during the 2015-16 regular season, according to sales on the NBA’s official online website.  Los Angeles Lakers guard Kobe Bryant, who had his farewell tour for retirement, finished second in jersey sales.  Cleveland Cavaliers forward LeBron James finished third.  Popular New York Knicks rookie forward Kristaps Porzingis finished fourth.  Oklahoma City Thunder forward Kevin Durant finished fifth while teammate Russell Westbrook jumped to a career high at sixth.

Curry’s was also the best-selling jersey in every U.S. state except Ohio and Oklahoma (LeBron, Durant), according to Fanatics, the largest licensed sports retailer in the country. (graphic in gallery above)

The Warriors finished first among team merchandising for the second straight year. The Chicago Bulls, Lakers, Cavaliers and Knicks rounded out the top five.
