Troy Ave has just dodged a murder charge in the Irving Plaza shooting. However, he was indicted on five other charges that could put him in prison for quite a while.
Troy has been indicted on one count of attempted second degree murder and four counts of criminal possession of a weapon. His attorney Scott Leemon says,
“The video does not show everything nor explain what happened in the VIP room before Troy came running out, as a victim, after he was shot.”
Leemon plans to ask for Troy to set bail in the next hearing.
