As you already know, things got super crazy during the UFC 202 press conference. Words were exchanged then bottles were thrown… BY THE UFC FIGHTERS.
Both Conor McGregor and Nate Diaz got super heated during the presser. As Nate was leaving, he and Conor were shouting at each other and soon it became a bottle throwing fight.
The Nevada State Athletic Commission met this morning in Las Vegas to determine what punishment McGregor would face. The result? Conor has to pay a $150,000 fine (5% of his UFC 202 purse) and 50 hours of community service. He also agreed to participate in an anti-bullying PSA.
Nate Diaz — who also faces punishment — had his hearing postponed.
