Buffalo Bills released their head coach today after just shy of completing his second full season with the team. Looks like the Bills’ players aren’t really shocked though if we go by Nose Tackle Marcell Dareus’ reaction.

TMZ interviewed Dareus to see the overall feel at the Bills camp after they let former Jets head coach Rex Ryan go. According to Marcell, ANYONE that isn’t performing is up for the chopping block…head coaches apparently are not safe. We hear that Ryan’s plays were too complicated.

Dareus was however a little taken aback when TMZ let the cat out of the bag that the Bills may bench starting QB Tyrod Taylor and play EJ Manuel instead this weekend. Hmmm…
