Blackberry Says Android Emulator With Jelly Bean Coming Soon

One of the major pluses of having a Blackberry 10 device is being able to run Android apps on the device. This was possible of course though Blackberry’s Runtime for Android apps” program. The downside, because you know there is always a downside to new tech, the apps are only available though Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system, not Ice Cream Sandwich or even Jelly Bean which just means this thing is probably filled with bugs. There is still no word from Blackberry on a time frame when devs can transfer the apps though 4.0.

Analysts Believe Blackberry is Doomed and Can’t Come Back

Wall Street says good luck to Blackberry on trying to make a come back to the mobile market. Wall Street says the damage is too great for the come back. Analysts reviews of the smartphone have been all bad, one Analyst said they “see limited scope for traction in the hypercompetitive smartphone market” for BlackBerry 10 and another said “expect a muted consumer response due to RIMM’s damaged brand image”. Barclays’s think for Blackberry to win in the market they needed to price their new devices much lower than what they priced the devices at now. Can Blackberry make a comeback with all this criticism from Analysts?

RIM Changes It’s Name To Blackberry

To the average consumer they were both the samething in the first place, I personally never heard anyone say they were getting a RIM Blackberry, the company and device went together for a lot of folks. The announcement came earlier today when they announced their newer devices the Z10 and The Q10. What does this mean for RIM/Blackberry, nothing much but building a stronger brand name for itself and trying to dig themselves out of a hole RIM created. Hopefully the name change will bring a new change on how the company will be ran from here on out.

New Survey Says People Are Interested In New BB10 Devices

We’ve been covering every move RIM has done with its new BB10 device. According to a new survey there is actucally in the device. Now there is a device between interest in a device and actually buying something. People want to see the proudt in their own hands to see how it work. Now the survey says the interest is strong but not strong enough with the iPhone clan. So RIM has a slim chance of iPhoners jumping ship for a Blackberry. After the break check the survey that was recently released.
