Even in rehab, Breezy just cannot catch a break. Last January, Chris Brown and Frank Ocean got into a big nasty brawl at a studio in California. Although nobody filed any police reports originally, Ocean’s cousin Sha’Keir Duarte ended up coming out of the wood works months later to sue Breezy. He claimed he was “kicked and beaten” by C. Brown’s body guard during the fight. Brown ended up counter-suing the attention-seaking cousin, claiming Duarte provoked him and was making death threats. Welp, looks like Chris is now responsible for approximately $3 MILLION dollars for “pain and suffering.” Get the full break-down below.
Chris Brown Countersues Frank Ocean’s Cousin Over Fight
Chris Brown and Frank Ocean got into a brawl at a California studio last January, and despite Frank claiming he was injured, no charges were filed from his end. However, his cousin Sha’Keir Duarte claimed he was kicked and beaten by one of Breezy’s bodyguards, so he sued Chris a couple of months ago (and months after the original fight.) Chris has now filed a countersuit, saying Duarte provoked the fight, made death threats, to kill him, kicked him and punched him. He believes all Duarte is looking for is money…and I absolutely agree!

I take it that the R&B beef between singers Frank Ocean and Chris Brown is now officially on and poppin’ once again. The Odd Future member sported a ‘Domestic Violence’ tee-shirt with none other than bad boy Breezy’s face on it. I guess after Chris Brown’s incident in 2009 where he beat the brakes off ex-girlfriend Rihanna, he automatically became the spokesperson in the industry for domestic violence. Frank Ocean’s Cousin Sues Chris Brown For Studio Fight
Earlier this year, Chris Brown and Frank Ocean got into a huge altercation in the studio, and months later, the issue is still ongoing. Frank’s cousin Sha’Keir Duarte has brought suit against Breezy, claiming he was injured by his bodyguard, and the attack was egged on by Chris himself. Sha’Keir says the bodyguard (Hood, is his name) punched and kicked him, including at least twelve kicks to the body and several to the head, while he lay on the ground. Duarte says he was permanently disabled following the attack, and now he’s suing for unspecified damages.
