Earlier this year, Chris Brown and Frank Ocean got into a huge altercation in the studio, and months later, the issue is still ongoing.

Frank’s cousin Sha’Keir Duarte has brought suit against Breezy, claiming he was injured by his bodyguard, and the attack was egged on by Chris himself.

Sha’Keir says the bodyguard (Hood, is his name) punched and kicked him, including at least twelve kicks to the body and several to the head, while he lay on the ground.

Duarte says he was permanently disabled following the attack, and now he’s suing for unspecified damages.
