The game last night in New Orleans between the Pelicans and Cavs was one of the more exciting ones this season. Lebron dominated the 4th quarter with 23 points to help the Cavs come back from a big deficit and send the game into overtime. The Pelicans took control in the extra frame but during one of the timeouts, they showed the commentators speaking about the game and there happened to be fan in the background within camera view who just couldn’t help himself. Soon as he realized he was on camera he broke out his creepy thumb trick which I am sure will freak some people out. He was very proud of himself as well.

Yesterday I wrote about how Dwyane Wade was likely the first person outside Kobe’s family to know he was going to retire at the end of this season. He told him back in early November, way before Kobe penned his letter for The Players Tribune, in which he told the world he was retiring. As it turns out, his coach Byron Scott also found out before the rest of us (as you would expect) but it came in a very surprising fashion.

The school that Steph turned into a household name thanks to his performance in the NCAA tournament and of course his skyrocketing NBA career, refuses to raise the jersey of it’s most famous player. In this case though it is a pretty good reason. They just want to see him graduate and there will be no exceptions.
