Moses Malone, who was a three time NBA MVP and Hall of Fame member, has passed away at the age of 60. Malone, named one of the NBA’s 50 greatest players, was the Finals MVP as he led the Philadelphia 76ers to the 1983 championship.

He said all the right things and appeared very sincere about retiring but after the match, his dad was telling reporters that they have talked about fighting one more time and he seems to kind of leave the option up in the air. Not really a hardcore endorsement about retiring from Floyd Sr.

After a dominating performance over Andre Berto, Mayweather was asked about the retirement question and stuck by his guns, saying “My career is over, It’s Official”.

Even in an arena with more than 13,000 fans yelling and making noise, you could still distinctly hear this comment. A fan screamed out “what are thoooose” while Mayweather & Berto were fighting and for a brief second, it actually took Floyd’s attention away from the fight as he appeared to turn and look into the crowd. Luckily for him, Berto was such a bum that it didn’t matter.
