In each of the last two NBA Drafts, the Sixers selected what they hoped would be cornerstone big men in Nerlens Noel and Joel Embiid. While both are loaded with talent, the moves were criticized and viewed as being risky considering that both players were injured at the time and would need to miss the entirety of their first NBA seasons. Things worked out according to plan with Noel, who showed all kinds of promise while appearing in 75 games last season. But for Embiid, a recent setbackwith his foot injury could put things on hold for much longer than the team anticipated.

NBA: LeBron James Responds to Possibly Winning Finals MVP & Losing Championship
LeBron James has been an absolute monster during the NBA Finals averaging 36.6 points, 12.4 rebounds and 8.8 assists through five games against the Golden State Warriors. During game 5 James put up a triple-double of 40 points, 14 rebounds ad 11 assists. No player has had a 40 point triple-double since Jerry West. There’s one other thing West did that James might end up doing as well.

WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins started off “Monday Night Raw” with a bang by insulting both special guest Johnny Manziel and the city of Cleveland. Rollins hit Manziel with a massive burn by calling the Browns quarterback “Johnny Idiot Face” and saying he would never bring a title to Cleveland. He then took a swipe at LeBron James by saying he’ll never bring them a title either. It’ll hurt even more if the Cavaliers lose to the Warriors tonight.
