Los Angeles Lakers star Kobe Bryant passed Michael Jordan for 3rd on the NBA all-time scoring list.  Of course that’s kicked the comparisons between the two shooting guards up a notch or two or ten.  Reggie Miller has played against both legendary players and knows a lot about the game.  He was asked to compare Bryant and Jordan while answering several different questions on The Dan Patrick Show.

Talks of a fight between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao are heating up yet AGAIN, but this time it looks like we’re closer to it actually happening.  There’s been several issues in the past that held up the fight such as money splits and drug testing.  Mayweather spoke out about those issues again but this time he pointed out who’s the blame for holding up the fight and it’s not him nor Pacquiao.

(Video) NFL: Andrew Hawkins Gives Emotional, Amazing Response to Police Who Called His Justice Shirt Pathetic

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Andrew Hawkins wore a T-shirt reading “Justice for Tamir Rice and John Crawford III” during pregame warmups and introductions on Sunday.  Cleveland police called the gesture “pathetic” and demanded an apology.  Gladly Hawkins nor the Browns apologized but Hawkins did take the time to explain why he wore the shirt. Now that he has, we realize that Hawkins isn’t just some athlete who threw on a t-shirt because it’s the trendy thing to do. He knows what he’s talking about, and he has very good reasons to care.
