I always wished the best for Brandon Roy considering his talent and drive but things just didn’t work out for the young player. Roy retired from the Portland Trailblazers after suffering several knee injuries and being unable to play. While retired he continued to work out and attempted to make a comeback with the help of David Khan and the Minnesota Timberwolves. Unfortunately for Roy, Khan is out as GM and so is he as a player. NBA: Bulls Say Lebron Flopped After Being Pushed By Nazr Mohammed
Things got extra heated last night among the already physical rivalry between the Chicago Bulls and the Miami Heat. During the second quarter, a shoving match between Lebron James and Nazr Mohammed resulted in a technical and an ejection. NBA: Atlanta Hawks Looking to Get Coach Stan Van Gundy & Dwight Howard
After a big shakeup and trading away their star player Joe Johnson, the Atlanta Hawks finished sixth in the Eastern Conference and suffered a first round outser at the hands of the Indiana Pacers. While some may consider their season underwhelming, others consider it a success when you look at what they had to work with. Still more shakeups are coming as Josh Smith becomes an unrestricted free agent and will likely walk and they’re likely going to let go of head coach Larry Drew. Who do they want as replacements? The Chicago Bulls and Miami Heat series has been chippy and physical. It’s clear that these two teams don’t like each other and they’re fighting hard to make it to the next round of the playoffs. Game two included 51 personal fouls, nine technical fouls, one flagrant foul and two ejections via @ESPN_Numbers. Reggie Bush is a new father. Maybe he feels it’s time he gets rid of some of his toys. He has decided to sell his 1967 Shelby Mustang GT500, the exact same car from the movie “Gone in 60 Seconds”. Bush said “I need to create some space because I don’t have enough garage space for all these cars and I can’t keep bouncing them around friends’ houses and storage,” he said. ”Every time I tell people I’m selling it, they’re like, ‘why are you selling it?’ — because it’s such a classic.
