Where are we in the Rihanna vs. Ciara debacle? I’ll break it down. This feud stems from early 2011, when Ciara made a comment about Rihanna’s style on an episode of Fashion Police. This led to a brief Twitter war, but the ladies later patched it up. Seemingly out of nowhere, Rihanna brought it back up last month in a photo she posted on Instagram. It left room for interpretation, though, and Ciara didn’t think much of it. After a while, it DID seem to look like it was shade thrown, so Ci sort of addressed it during a radio interview. A month later, she spoke on it again, and Rihanna responded via a funny Instagram comment. That brings us to now. Get the update below!

After all of the heat Rick Ross got, no one has yet to address the continuous disrespectful lyrics that Chief Keef spits out of his mouth, yet he has more than enough support from the rap gates. In one of his recently released tracks, Keef raps, “You aint gonna let me f*ck and I feel you, but you gone suck my d*ck or I’ll kill you.” Um, sounds like a death threat to me. It’s NOT okay for an entertainer to reference rape, but it is okay to reference murder because you don’t get your JIMMY WET?! Mind blowing (no pun). Chief Keef follows up that bar with a tweet of much similarity, as well as a celebrity that he’d like to get oral pleasures from. After Catching Heat For His Video Interview, JoJo Simmons Speaks Out On Twitter
As we all know by now, Jojo Simmons was “ran up on” over the weekend by a member of Juelz Santana’s Skull Gang crew, Hynief. The next day, the Rev’s son spoke out on the situation in an interview while on set of a video shoot, but apparently he hadn’t planned that, and the outcome was a little more hood than he’d meant it to be. Succumbing to the extreme pressure from womens’ groups and various other protestors, Reebok finally dropped Rick Ross today over his controversial “date rape” lyrics on Rocko’s “U.O.E.N.O.” The more interesting part of it is that they didn’t seem to really drop him over the actual lyrics…it’s over his lack of remorse. Every time he offered an “apology,” it was more like an, “I’m sorry you think that way,” but not an “I’m sorry I talked about date rape.” He denied he meant rape, but never explained what it is he actually meant. Yet and still, many feel for him in the situation, and that includes Houston rapper Slim Thug. He took to Twitter to go in about his feelings toward it. Check out what he said in the gallery.
