Today a demolition crew began to tear down Sandy Hook Elementary School, a few months shy of it’s December anniversary of the day Adam Lanza entered the school to gun down students and teachers. The decision to take down the school, section by section versus wrecking ball action, and build a new structure on the same ground was made by town officials in an effort to move past the tragic slaughter.
